Cancellation policy:
- If the cancellation is made more than 5 days in advance, 10% of the total paid will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made less than 5 days in advance, 30% of the total paid will be retained.
Payment policy:
- Prices are per room and include American buffet breakfast and taxes, but not the 21% tax.
- All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Credit card payments are made through a payment link with installment options:
- 3 installments with 7.88% interest.
- 6 installments with 16.08% interest.
Conditions for children:
- Children up to and including 3 years: Free of charge.
- Children from 4 years old: Adult rate.
- A crib can be added free of charge to the room and children under 3 years old stay at no additional charge.
Parking:
- Covered parking: $9,000 (VAT included) per day.
- Outdoor parking: $8,000 (VAT included) per day.
- Parking availability is assured, but the assignment is made upon arrival and cannot be blocked in advance.
Spa:

Pets:
Pets are not accepted.
Smoke-free hotel:
Hotel Península Valdés prohibits smoking in the hotel facilities.
Adhering to provincial law. 3775/92 through ordinance 938/94, which implies that smoking is not allowed in rooms and public areas.
